1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You") and jl20 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Platform"), a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator registered and authorized to conduct gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines.

Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all bets voided, and funds confiscated without exception.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Residency

jl20 services are intended for residents of the Republic of the Philippines. You represent that you are physically located within Philippine territory when accessing jl20 services. Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

2.3 Account Registration Process

To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, valid email address, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for account suspension or termination.

2.4 One Account per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) jl20 account. Creating multiple accounts, operating duplicate accounts, or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited. jl20 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprinting, IP addresses, payment methods, and behavioral patterns. Duplicate accounts will be closed, bonuses forfeited, and winnings confiscated.

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl20 account username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party and to immediately notify jl20 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jl20 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

All activity conducted through your jl20 account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. You agree to accept all risks associated with any instructions, wagers, deposits, or withdrawals made through your account. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, altered, or reversed except as expressly provided in these Terms or applicable game rules.

3.3 Account Verification Requirements

jl20 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, UMID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within seven (7) calendar days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

jl20 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, online banking transfers, and other payment methods as displayed on the platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). 4.2 Deposit Fees and Charges

jl20 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, payment processor) may impose their own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or processing fees. You are responsible for any third-party fees associated with funding your jl20 account.

4.3 Withdrawal Policies

Withdrawals may be requested at any time through the jl20 cashier interface. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures, anti-money laundering compliance checks, and applicable wagering requirements. jl20 processes most withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours, though actual receipt of funds depends on the chosen withdrawal method. 6. Gameplay Rules & Betting Limits

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from jl20 software
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or jl20 staff
• Violating any applicable Philippine laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on jl20.cam including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of jl20 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use jl20 services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any jl20 content except as expressly permitted in these Terms.

The jl20 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of jl20 or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without prior written permission from jl20. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans mentioned on this platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl20, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of jl20 services.

jl20 does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall jl20's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your jl20 account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination & Account Closure

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your jl20 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all funds from your account (subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures). Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened. Any attempt to open a new account after voluntary closure may result in both accounts being permanently banned.

10.2 Involuntary Account Termination

jl20 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, provided false information, or for any other reason that jl20 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or comply with legal obligations.

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination, whether voluntary or involuntary, your right to use jl20 services immediately ceases. jl20 may retain any funds in your account if termination results from Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms. In cases of voluntary closure or termination without cause, jl20 will return your remaining account balance (minus any applicable fees or pending wagering requirements) via your registered withdrawal method.

10.4 Survival of Terms

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jl20 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting jl20 customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal proceedings.
